Rear Entertainment System for Active Headrests
Several car manufacturers, including Mercedes, Porsche and BMW, use an active headrest system to reduce the effect of whiplash in the event of an accident. The headrest is designed to move forward after impact to cushion the head.
This excellent safety system, makes it impossible to fit rear entertainment systems within the headrest.
Eurologics have designed a console which is fitted behind the head support and therefore ensuring there is no violation on the Euro NCAP rating or anti whiplash measures.
